Anytime Products Nothing but headaches from Anytime Products Internet

Unbelievable service from this company. From originally placing a fairly simple order in early September, it is now nearing the end of October and we still do not have our product that was payed for long ago.

The original order was placed given a Canadian issued credit card but based in US funds. We use this company issued card daily for US based orders. (NEVER with an issue.) A week passes and I still don't receive an order confirmation so I call the company and am told that because we are in Canada they will not accept our credit card regardless if it is a US funds card or not. This makes no sense but I let it be. They voided the order and never bothered to inform us.

We reinstate the order and send a wire transfer for the amount. Again, no order confirmation so a week later I call back. Again I am told the order was voided, this time with no explanation why. Checking bank records, the wire transfer was completed and accepted on their end. I am forced to call a dozen times (no exageration) and am told they cannot verify that we sent them the funds. I fax them our transfer records and after another 6 or so phone calls, I get in touch with a accounts recievable employee who eventually sorts things out. It was discovered that they placed our order under the wrong company name.

We wait another week and still no order confirmation. I call back another few times until I am able to speak to somebody (by this time I have realized leaving voice mail means nothing as they will not respond to it.) I find out the order was voided yet again because they did not have a particular color of product we ordered in stock. Again, no phone call to inform us they had voided the order. (but kept our payment anyways.)

More problems, phone calls, faxes, to eventually get 30 plastic bins out of the door. I am told one shipping date, then as that date passes I call for a tracking number and told the shipment hasn't been sent yet and am given another date, and yet another date. Today I receive a call from customs stating they have a package with our number on it but the company name does not match what our broker has. They had once again used the wrong company name so customs cannot release the package until they are sent a corrected invoice with the proper company name. I call Anytime Products and am simply told they cannot (or will not) send me a new invoice with correct name. Since I never did receive a confirmation or invoice myself as requested many times, I ask once again for them to fax me the invoice even though it has the wrong company name on it. I insist on staying on the line until they send the fax. I receive it and simply change the company name to our correct name in no less than 2 minutes myself and forward the invoice to customs so they can release the package.

I work for a company that deals strictly with online orders over the border and am appalled by the way this company functions. Not once was I able to get a straight answer and the explanation I received every time I called about these issues was blamed on the fact that we operate out of Canada. One of the sales staff even told me that "OVERSEAS" orders can be complex when I revealed we are in Canada. I had to clarify to her many times that we are not overseas and she still did not seem to grasp the concept.

This company may fool you with lower than usual pricing, don't be fooled. The time and effort spent just getting the product far outweighs any savings.
