Anytime Products Overcharged my Account, no product was shipped, took 2 mos to refund w/Attorny General's assistance. Northridge California

They overcharged my account over 2.5 times the amount of what I had purchased. They never shipped the product.

When I noticed the charge on my account I called it to their attention immediately. Since they hadn't shipped the product when I called about the overcharge, I requested they cancel my order asap and receive a refund. I was told that would be no problem. The problem is they never do what they say they are going to do.

Each time you call them requesting your refund they will give you different names and titles to talk to and various reasons why it hasn't happened yet - but you won't get your refund.

I finally contacted my bank's fraud dept (who gave them 30 days to refund your money). I also wrote to the Attorney General's Office of Public Inquiry Unit and then finally received a refund two months later.

They have no intention of being honest. They are very consistant with their lies. I spoke with over 6 different people - each time requesting the President/Management person. Each time you will get a different 'in charge' person. They tell you the owner is never there so they don't like to give out her name. They will name some other person who tells you it will be handled immediately but nothing is done.

If you are in the same boat I was I suggest writing to the Attorney General of CA PO Box 944255 Sacramento CA 94244-2550.
