AOH Health Offered free CBD oil for the cost of shipping then charged my credit card almost $200 without my knowledge Pewaukee Wisconsin

This company falsely claimed that this was a government health survey centered on the use of CBD Hemp Oil. Offered to send a trial for shipping charges only. I requested 2 bottles: 1 Star CBD and 1 Star Nighttime Formula. I received the shipment in 1 envelope but was charged 2 shipping charges. There was no survey or questionnaire included. I sampled the product off and on with no noticeable effect. In 14 days my credit card was charged $91.69 and $92.71 without my knowledge and I was informed that I had agreed to this and it was a binding contract, but they were willing to refund 30% of the purchase price....then 35%....then 50% when I continued to grouse about the injustice.

So I received two refunds , one for $46.35 and one for $45.84. I told her at the time I do NOT want automatic shipments or charges to my credit card. She said that I had to let them know by February 18 if I didn't like the product. I informed her that I wanted what we discussed and what was promised sent to me by email, the only thing I received was notification of the refund. These bottles are 1fl oz each so that is equivalent to $1600 a pound. This company should at least be prosecuted for impersonating a government agency.
