AOL - America OnLine ripoff dishonest offer with my new PC offered 3 months free to be used within 3 months Internet

Offer was made on a printed card that came with my HP pc. Also was an icon on the screen.

I did initiate with the icon on line. But that does not count with Aol, since I did not call them.

The printed material that came with computer says,
1. TRY AOL FOR 3 MONTHS, IT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR NEW PC.
2. Just click the AOL icon on your desktop.
3. Follow the registration instructions.
4. Enjoy your AOL membership.

I only called after getting my bill that did not mention any free service. Then she tells me, "Oh, that's only for new customers." That is not stated on the printed material. Also she said, "I had to initiate the free service within 30 days of buying computer."

This is not stated on printed material, either. Of course, by time I am calling them, it is past 30 days. I did initiate it on the computer in the first week after buying the computer.

Printed material only says, Must be used within 3 months.
