AOL America online ripoff charged debit card twice in the same day $51.80! TAMPA Florida

AOL charged my brothers debit card twice in the same day $51.80! My brother is a minor and we don't use AOL at our house! We have ---- (which they are AWESOME). AOL SUCKS! I called them on several different occassions and AOL said that they had no record of my brothers debit card on file, even though I had the bank statements to prove that AOL charged him and I had an account number. AOL then said they could not cancel the account because the account name and number did not match! I said "duh" his card was used without his permission.

I talked to WILL in the Finance Department and he told me a totally different story than "BILL" in the Management Services department. They are all LIARS and have attitudes out of this world. My brother and I decided to go through the bank and file fraud charges for improper use of his debit card. "BILL" told me over the phone that in order to have a bank card you must be at least 18! That shows how much he knows!

AOL is a RIP OFF and I am making sure that I tell EVERYONE about it! I am even sending an article to the local newspaper about AOL and I might even call the head corporation. My brother works hard for his money (even though he does not make much) but he deserves every penny without AOL taking out $103.60 out of his account!

BEWARE OF AOL!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AOL BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND PROBABLY RIP YOUR GRANDPARENTS OFF IF THEY ARE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY.
