I have a retarded son. Without my knowledge or authorization, he used my bank card info and I have dated 10/11/2004 two deductions from my bank account. One for 71.70 and another for 11.85. My son does not know what these amounts are for - he was just using my bank info and checking different things. I could not get in touch with anyone at aol that would tell me what these amounts were for or refund the amounts.
I spent a lot of time and tried chat, e-mail, telephone and have not been able to get response or the "right person/department". Got a very obnoxious e-mail from "Victor" with aol that had nothing to do with my problem and of course, reply did not work -"great speaking with you today" was his response plus aol info which I certainly do not want because my problem will not be addressed by aol.

TRy Your Bank

AOL is probably not who is charging you. They are an Internet Service Provider but do not process charges for Web Pages.
Your bank may be able to help you find out where these charges came from but I doubt that you will get them reversed because your son did use your cards and computer for the transactions.
