AOL TWX Criminal fraud Dulles Virginia

In December these criminals from AOL charges my credit card 3 times for AOL TWX services. I have never been an AOL member, have never used their services and have never been on their website. I called them and spent over an hour on the phone, and they just kept transferring me to other criminals within their organization, obviously never intending to return the money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was useless as they just kept demanding more information from me (the victim), requiring that I sign affadavits, get notarized documents, etc. I'm going to go to the attorney general and file a police report. There should be jail time for the leaders of this fraudulent company.
