AP9 Shopping Essentials FRAUD, They Buy your Credit Card Numbers! Stamford Connecticut

This company made an offer of a FREE membership by telemarketing to my wife on 1/9/06 where they said by joining this FREE club she would recieve a FREE $25 Blockbuster card. They proceeded to BILL my Creditcard of which my wife had no access nor knowledge of the CC number or cvc number on the back of the card. AP9 Shopping Essentials continued to bill my card on a DAILY Basis of 2 seperate charges of $1 each day until we realized this was happening on 1/13/06.

I called and asked how they KNEW (BEFORE contacting my home and speaking to my wife) my Credit Card Information. They claimed it was in junction with a Telemarketing partner of who I MUST have ordered from. There was NEVER any such purchase. They BOUGHT my Private Credit Card information and had it stored Before even contacting my wife, failed to disclose any such fee's or membership cost, and accessed a bank acct that was not even in the name of the person who they tried to get to join ( my wife has her own card #)They could not tell me how they managed this, but realized that I caught on and continually hung up on me 8 times on the phone. After letting them know that the Fed's Fraud division, FCC, My Local and State Depts were to be notified as well as the BBB and a private attorney to allegations of Telecommunications Fraud, Bank Fraud, Mail Fraud ( for offering Free ( not really free) Merchandise though the US Mail), and Identity Theft. This is a VERY BAD Company, who is operating illegally!
