AP9*SHOPPING ESSENTIAL ripoff Connecticut

I was checking my credit card and noticed some changes I didn't know anything about at 14.95 a month for this shopping essential+ after furter investigation I found them all over the net! They didnt have permission to charge my card and i'm not even sure how they got my card number!! I called the company for a fefund and was on hold for 30 finally I got a real person who said his name was jason and gave a rep id number! After arguing for another 15 mins I gor them to give my money back but not the full amount only 14.95 once when they got 44.85!!! So I did somemore proding and poking and we will see if it all gets put back they said it takes 2buss. days! By the way I have a Rewards660 credit card I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do to stop them from chanrging me in the furture!!!!!! I got this card after my divorce so i could reestabish my credit!!! Please becareful they all pre on single moms trying to start over!!
