Ap9*valuemax unauthorized credit card charges.Internet

this is the second time this company has charged my account . the first time they charged 49.00 twice in one month and a whole bunch of 1.00 charges under different names they returned that money. now they charged me 24.95 for some discount motels and resturaunts .i called the company on my bank statement was givin to a so called "supervisor" and they did not have the right address or phone number. iwas told sorry about my luck basicly i asked to recieve hard copys with the buissness letter head and was told they have no such thing they wont send me anything . i changed my account but i want my money returned.1.00 a month from a million people is a million dollars a month! this has got to be stopped.i will go as far as it takes. sandra zwahlen ,ks
