Apex Lending Group Loan company (FRAUD!!!) Baltimore Maryland

Apex lending group contacted me and offered me a loan for $10,000. I had applied at several sites for a loan because I desperately needed one. Apex Lending group representative Emma Kyle (probably a fake name) sent me loan documents that seemed valid. I filled them out and then was informed they needed a collateral payment. Well this should have been a red flag but I was desperate. I got the collateral payment together, they said I would need to wire this to them. I told them that would be fine I could do that at my bank. They told me "No, it has to be from Western Union. So I went to Western Union. Sent the money to Canada to Shon Richard in Winnapeg. Dumb, I know. Western Union called me to verify if this was someone I knew or what. The Apex rep. Jonathon had already told me that they were going to ask me this. I was told to tell Western Union that it was a friend so I would not have to pay a large (like $6000) fee for a loan transaction. I told these scum that I couldn't afford sending this money if the loan was a scam, they said oh, no it is a valid loan you filled out the loan documents. When it was time for the money to be deposited it was not. I called the company back they said, the company has put a hold on your account something about the person who was providing the loan sold my information and messed up my credit. They were going to have to sue the company which was going to be quite expensive and I needed to pay half of the cost. Once I paid half of the cost they would help me out. I told them I had been scammed enough and I wanted my money back. They said I would receive a check in 10 to 15 days. We will see I guess. I am waiting. The man tried very hard to talk me out of this. I checked their BBB membership and guess what they don't have one EVEN though they have the emblem on their site. They are scam artists. Do not Fall For this!!!!!
