Apex Lending Group Rip Off Baltimore Maryland

I am really glad I did not send these people money. I have called them and 3 different times I was able to change the loan amount I needed. Then when they found out I was approved for a lower down payment they changed all their wants. The interest was changed to lower than I was offered, the down payment was changed also. I had a red flag when Phyllis called from a cell phone that was in Toronto ,ON. When I asked about it I was told that is so they don't have to pay long distance. I did a whitepages.com look up on it. Here it is by the way....416-799-7533. Needless to say the person will hang up on you after calling and asking who it is. If they are a real company they wouldn't have long distance charges to worry about. I also tried the BBB and no such company at that address is there. There is a Apex Lending with the BBB but these are not them. I hope others do their homework and search companies before paying and losing money. I have since looked every company up through BBB before I do business with them. Also it is against the law to take money before issuing a loan. Check into suing them and getting your money back.
