Wish I had found this site before I signed up with this firm. Mike Jerman, a central NY rep working out of Liverpool assured me over and over that this firm will be happy to return my early termination fee of $495 as soon as I can provide documentation that it has been taken out of my account. I've done this now there is no respnose from him or his supervisor Tony Ortiz out of maybe Texas. They won't return any phone calls nor will they make good on their promise to pay the early termination fee. What a scam operation. My advice to anyone talking to this firm - Run Run Run away as soon as possible. Do not sign up to process with this firm.
