I went with this company three years ago and have been just waiting until I could cancel my account with them. I spoke with a representative on the 19th, and she told me to submit a signed letter via fax before the 29th. I submitted the letter to them on the 26th. I also sent a letter via regular mail. They still are attempting to debit my account. These guys need to be put out of business!
