APEX - SAI - CASTLEROCK Security Alarm Contract issues-FORCED RENEWAL WITHOUT PERMISSION OF CONSUMER. ANY CHANGES REQUIRES A NEW 3YR. CONTRACT!! Internet

This company Castlerock, APX or SAI,  should be brought to justice. The company survives by ripping people off. Iam also  talking to my lawyer and will take action against them.

Like the prior complaintant against this company, I also did a contract for my home security system just over 3 yrs. ago with APX alarm.  The sales people were very nice and installed the item very shortly therafter and I only signed a three year contract. Whoa....then the name of the company changed twice, without reviewing the contact with me ....

Also, after three long years we completed our contract obligations. I called to just check on my subscription due to the three company transition...unstable outfit!.  I was informed that I had already been enrolled in an additional 1 year contract which I didn't authorize.  I was also told that a written letter 30 days prior to my original contract termination date would have had to be submitted.  This was not in my contract with APX!!!!  

Who does business like this? I also agree with the prior complaintant that only scam artists and CRIMINALS!!! act this way.  My contract has changed hands or names with companies three times in the three year commitment I signed up for. I also agree, that it is outrageous that my original contract was with APX alarms, who then sold my contract to SAI. I also just found out that SAI now goes by Castle Rock. I agree that these are all signs of a company trying to scam the consumer and avoid bad PR.  I also found it terrible dealing with their customer practices, as they are rude and self assuming when I deal with them. It appears the only way they can get customers is by strong arming them into unathorized renewal contracts.

The Better Business Bureau gives this company an F rating.  I believe they deserve to be liquidated.  I also agree, why would anyone want to entrust the security of their family and home to a company with such poor business practices?? I'm am also ready to take any legal action to bring this company to justice.
