 I have been unlucky enough to be "trapped" in an "autorenew" contract.

 

Bottom Line:

We are adults.

If we are signing our names on a contract

It is our responsibility to read the contract

If we can't read it - it is our responsibility to ask questions

Adults who sign contracts without reading the terms and conditions have no business threatening law suits.  You signed the contract- its a legally binding contract- if you are mad- then blame yourself.....

the auto renew is outlined in the contract- it is not a trick- it is not illegal-

READ YOUR CONTRACT AND STOP CRYING.  YOU DID IT TO YOUSELF NOW TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
