Apollo Casualty Company Denying legitamate claims, falsifying statements so that Apollo does not have to pay up. Desplaines Illinois

On January 31, 2009, one Mr.Thawng Ceuthang Khenglot, who was insured with Apollo casualty, caused an accident. He was making left turn on the main exit road of the fruit market plaza and hit our driver side rear door and rear wheel side. We had a right of way and our car was proceeding in the same direction as the other car. The damage was about $5,000/=. The insurance company dragged so called "investigation" for more than two months denying the claim and replying " You failed to maintain a proper lookout while traveling through the parking lot." Even a novice person would know when someone is coming out of one of the parking isles and merging in to a main exit road, must look out for oncoming traffic. Instead off finding his insured , Apollo falsely accused us not looking out properly. Our car was going straight on the main exit road and the other driver hit our car headon in the rear side of the car. How wrong you could be to judge who was at fault? Look like, the insurance company, Apollo , is in the business not to pay even the legitimate claims. They are even the member of arbitration board. As most of the big , out of state insurance companies won't pursue this type of matter, taking companies like Apollo, to court, insured like us to go throgh hassles of getting remedy. It seems like, watch dog groups of state governments are also in deep slumber. How can such an irresponsible and ripoff insurance company stay in business for so many years in this state of Lincoln? This type of insurance companies must be put out of business for their illegal and fradulent practices.
