Apple itunes hacked my credit card information charged 42.97 on my debit card Internet, California
*Consumer Comment: iTunes didn't do it..
On 3/31/2011 my debit card was stolen via the itunes store in the amount of $42.73...internet fraud, theft. The phone number for the itunes is 866-712-7753 and they give you a message to check out your account on itunes, well I don't even have an account with itunes...I want my money refunded in the amount of $42.73 plus the $25.00 overdraft charge I received due to this fraud.

iTunes didn't hack your card. They don't go around and randomly charge peoples debit/credit cards. The only reason that they would have charged your card is if someone entered your account number, either by mistake or fraud.
What you need to immediatly do is contact your bank and report your card stolen. This will stop any further attempts to use the card. If you don't do this they will probably keep using it and for a lot more. You also need to dispute that debit with the bank. They should investigate and hopefully credit the amount back.
