Apple Vacations RIP OFF JUST TO MAKE MONEY OFF POOR INNOCENT HARD-WORKING PEOPLE Newtown Square Pennsylvania

Have you ever won a trip for four but only had to pay $1200.00 just to go? Well, Apple Vacations has that scheme under their belt. Don't get me wrong. It is the most exciting thing to feel when that radio station calls your name that you've won a free vacation to Cancun Mexico. I know you have to pay taxes on any prizes (Only a $2500 1099 issued in my name to be claimed as income) {Almost the equivalent of 2 dependents tax breaks}, but in order to go on a free vacation it's only going to cost $1200.00.

Well, I won't say the radio station who is sponsoring this money-making scheme and getting poor souls who are down to their last straw all hyped up, because I really don't think they know. But the trip is for four; that is, 2 adults and 2 children all-inclusive 3 nights 4 days airfare included. Remember that part. The place where they want to send you considers an adult 12 years of age and older and they require only 2 adults to a room.

So Apple suggests on top of the $1200.00 for airport fees of $250.00 per person and a $50.00 mandatory insurance fee in case your luggage is stolen or you get sick and can't make your flight, if you want to take your daughter who is 14 (mind you she is considered an adult) you have to pay an additional $100.00 a night to stay in your room or $150.00 a night for a separate room.

So for a free vacation in order for me to take four adults for a three night four day trip it will cost a total of $2,100.00 when I can book it myself for a little more than what that costs and stay for seven nights. I just think it's horrible that people who don't know about this scheme until they win and then find out it's going to cost you and cost you.

I just think the radio station should learn what the travel agency is doing. Only people who really can afford it can go with no problems, and especially today with the cost of things and the economy, thinking you won something free can bring up your spirits but then just take it down and make you mad how Apple can think of these schemes to get extra money in their pockets.
