Applebee's Restaurant Ripoff can't get orders right in a timely fashion Norfolk Virginia

Let me start by saying that in the last few weeks I've had many complains about the Applebee's Restaurants in this area. Many comments were called in to their 800 number, and some I sent emails to their corporate offices. But tonight was the deciding factor.
For the last 5 years I've always eaten the same dish...Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Alfredo. The chicken in the dish according to their menu is supposed to be either italian seasoned or blackened. The chicken I've been getting has NO SEASONING at all, it's just grilled. Tonight my husband and I walked in and placed a TO GO order. The waiter said 20 minutes and it would be ready. An hour later we still had NO FOOD!! Then the waiter brought out one bag that contained 4 entrees. He returned about 5 or 10 minutes later with a second bag and told us that he made a mistake, one of the entrees in the first bag wasn't ours. We gave it back to him and that's when we discovered we were still missing one entree. We promptly let him know and he came out about another 10 minutes later with the last entree. Of course it was the Alfredo! We get it home and it looks like they threw the food at the containers. I get to the Alfredo and once again there's NO SEASONING! I look at my husband and as if cued he says "I told him Italian Chicken!" I called the management at the store and of course they appologized but made no effort to do anything about the problem!! Applebee's is saying you can no longer get just the Alfredo with italian chicken...you have to get a whole three course meal!!

I want to know what they are going to do about the crappy food I've gotten there!! And the horrible service. I've worked in restaurants and I'm a cook!! I think they should put a sign on the door that says "Incompetant Cooks"...or "Horrible Waitstaff!"
Warn the public so that we don't continually get screwed!!!
