appliance connection Repeatedly Fails to deliver New York Internet

The company cannot deliver as promised.

On both separate orders, six months apart this company was a no show on delivery day.  They use A&B Trucking which is incompetent and rude.  Today (the second failure) the promised to deliver our oven sometime between 12-6pm (a very large window of time) and they didn't show.  The driver called at 6:22pm to say the oven wasn't on the truck.  He was very rude and when asked when the product WOULD be delivered he suggested "late next week".  If this was this companies first failure with us, I would chalk it up to a fluke.  They fail EVERYTIME and I am stupid enough to try them a second time.

Avoid this company.  I finally looked up other reviews and others have had the same problem. Learn from our mistake and avoid this company which offers a very low price but unacceptable service is too much to make the savings worth it.
