Appliance Doctor sent a service man to fix my Gas Dryer. This person was either incompetent or not able for some reason to understand that if a gas dryer doesn't heat you have to check the cables. He did not check anything - he said there was nothing he could fix and left.

The company is still billing me on the basis that someone came out - even though they accomplished nothing.
