Ellipsis Program Take my money and run! Irvine California

Between the initial $26,000 and purchase of several "discounted quantity" purchase of vacation packages, I'm out around $40,000. I learned of a class action suit against them in November of 2005. To my knowledge there are 26 plaintiffs; all with similar complaints. There was anticipation from the Denver based law firm that a trial date would've been set in February of this year. I've yet to learn whether this was done. I've been unable to locate a phone number for the "travel" side of Aqua's reservation. I still have clients holding trips that they'd like to use. I also found that their rating with the Better Business Bureau has been downgraded to an "F". It's about time.
