I worked for them for about 7.5 months I closed 6 or 7 sales I saw and heard everything what do you need to know? I remember a lot about them actually contact me if you are taking them to court I'd like to help.

These guys were complete con-artists. I worked there for 3 weeks under Saul. We were prepared to lie to brokers and say whatever it took it get them interested in the product. We had cleverly written responses to questions like "Isn't this a RESPA violation" and "Aren't you Ellipsis?"

I left just as they were opening up the automotive division.

I've got to think these guys could be prosecuted under a number of federal laws.

I have already filed a report - Lorainne in Tualatin Oregon, but now I have had calls from prior clients who I gave cruise gifts to 6 months ago- they went so far as to give copies of their passports and driver's licenses to book the trip to aqua, and now can not get through to anyone there. They are worried about their identities being stolen and are threatening to sue them and even our company if needed!! How can we join together to fight this without being able to know who each other is? Atleast we can file a report to the Attorney General in California- and hope perhaps they can link us up. To Kevin in Portland- it seems Aqua lied to us when they said we would have exclusive rights to the Portland area!!! If A.H.is able to find out my contact info from Richard Collins who used to be my rep and who left the company awhile back - please contact me. The company I work for is in the process of getting ripped-off by Aqua Resource Group and I was hoping AH's information may be able to help stop them, or atleast slow them down. The company I work for has some pretty deep resources to take this obvious rip-off outfit on. I was hoping you could help me contact AH and help me get the Aqua Resource Group's owner contact information and the owner's personal attorney's contact information.
