Aquakleen - TOTAL RIP OFF, Internet

We purchased our home 3 years ago.  It already had the Aquakleen system in it.  We purchaded the home from a hispanic person.  Aquakleen sends someone out once a year to "SERVICE?" the system.  They chance a few filters and charge you hundreds of dollars.  Last year the person spoke some english.  Today, the person spoke no english, so I could not even tell him how to get to my home.  I called the company to complain and got passed around and passed around until they hung up on me.  They have not bothered to contact me back.  I don't know what the system cost the original owners, but the service cost are a rip off, and the company customer reps stink.  I would not refer anyone to this co.
