Initially, I was propositioned by salesman that came to my home selling an Aquamaid Water Filtration System from A&M Enviro Services. I notified the sales representative that I would wait and think about the purchase before I jumped into it. He assured me that I would not be able to take advantage of the wonderful promotions that opted me to purchase the product.
The promotions were a new 30 piece pot and pan set, a year supply of discounted groceries, and a two year supply of free washing detergent, all natural home cleaning products, and dish soap. I was guaranteed that someone would follow up on the product after thirty days and I would have a lifetime warranty. Since then my filtration system has been inoperable, I clearly smell and taste pollutants in my water. No one has come once to check up on the system and I have not received any of the promised promotions at all.
Ive called various numbers from my contracts and even researched numbers online to try to get in contact with this company. Ive tried emailing about complaints and issues that I have had with this product and no one has tried to assist without product or their services. I was once told that they would have someone contact me, other times no one answers, other numbers were disconnected, and most recently I was told that I couldnt be helped and I informed them that if this problem is not correct that I would take legal action.
The representative basically laughed in my face and stated that if you cant contact anyone then you cant take them to court. Its been over six months. I have called over 30 times I have sent various emails and still no response. I am paying for a product that doesnt work and the services are nonexistent, and I have not received any of the products that I was promised.
Consequently, I did research online to find out that there were more people that have had the same problems and issues that I have had with them. I just want help. This product and company is fraudulent. Please help me.

The problem with this type of complaint is that the customer will not leave any contact information so that the factory that made the water system can fix the problem. Our name is on each system so the only thing the homeowner has to do is call the factory and all problems will be corrected. If the homeowner had contacted us all the problems would have been corrected. The dealer, A&M Enviro Services, that sold the system is no longer an Aqua Maid Dealer and we also aren't able to contact them . So, if you want your system fixed call the Aqua Maid Factory.
