Arase Law Firm,PC Back in Oct.2008 we were contacted by Liberty Settlement Group about ding a modification on our home loan. We were struggling and thought this would be a good idea. Lo and behold nothing yet. PLEASE someone out there help before we lose our home! Westminster California

In Oct.2008 we were contacted from Liberty Settlement Group about a loan modification. We were struggling at the time and we thought it would be a good idea! Boy oh boy I don't know what is going on as I can not get a reply from ANYONE! I have e-mailed,faxed and called with of course no reply.
I call about 2-3 times a day. At first I could talk to someone,then for awhile I got a machine and now I get an answering sevice and they claim to know nothing. I have left URGENT REQUEST AND STILL NO REPLY!
The firt time our house was going up for auction was March 26,2009 and they got that postponed now it surpose to go up AGAIN on June 26,2009. I am at my wits end as I feel that I MIGHT be being ripped off!
I have called my lender with the same results! No one seems to want to talk to me. So PLEASE,PLEASE if there is any help out there let us know before we lose our home! This just seems to me as going on to long and I feel we are in danger of losing what we have work so hard to achive.
Yesterday when I called for the 3rd time I ask the answering service if they were still in business and she replied I really don't know as I am only the answering service.

18 MONTHS TO LONG!

Well here I am again! I originally wrote a report and did a rebuttal 5/2009. Here it is 18 months later and we don't know anymore than we did when we started.
I call,call,call and e-mail constantly without a reply! We are in limbo and don't know what is going to happen from day to day! We just went for refianancing and we have all this trouble! Each month our home goes up for auction until they get it stopped!
Back on Feb 13, 2009 I was told by them (Arase Law Firm PC) that it shouls be finalized next week or the first part of the following week and still NOTHING! We have worked so hard and so long to get this home, we don't want to lose it but it is looking like a RIPOFF to us! I would like David Arase to call and tell me why it is so long and when will we get this finished! By the time that they do settle this we probably won't have enough money saved up to keep our home. We know that the longer it takes the more money they are going to want! As it is we are having some fiancial differculties as is everyone in this country! One of us is now unemployed!
So consumers BEWARE OF Arase Law Firm PC,Lawteam Pro,And Quantum Law Firm as they are all the same people! We gave them some monies upfront and still today we don't know anymore than when we started 18 months ago!! Just keep getting excuses after excuses!!
