Arase Law Firm,PC Scammers Westminster, California

We are victims of the scams perpetrated by this law firm.  They claim that they can assist vulnerable homeowners like myself, modify their loans with their lender.  We paid them $3,495.00 upfront in December of 2008.  The lender denied our request for modification on June 30, 2009.  One of the employees told my wife there was nothing else they could do for us.

Since our loan was denied, we have contacted the law firm to request our refund.  The contract with the attorney states that the customer is entitled to a refund if the attorney is unable to get the loan modified.  We submitted the written request and the signed refund form as we were instructed to do.  We submitted this information via their fax number on July 31, 2009.  We still have not received our refund.

We have contacted and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Orange County.  They have been in contact with this law firm, however, the firm seems to refuse to do the right thing.  When we contacted Patrick Fairon, one of the employees, two weeks ago for a status, he told us the attorney is reviewing the request.

I am now in the process of resubmitting my refund form to all of the known business locations for this law firm.  I agree that all of the victims should get together and file some type of class action lawsuit against this company.
