I needed a certified copy of my mother's death certificate. I placed the order 3/8/17. On 3/9/17, I have an email from advising I must print the form attached and make copy of my driver's license and mail both items to them. They could not process my order without those documents. I called explaining I can not print because I do not have a printer for my tablet. I was told again that my order could not be processed without them. I asked if I can cancel order and told I could. I sent cancellation email and they replied they could only refund part of my payment. They could not refund the $15 fee the Certificate Processing fee. This appears to be a scam as they were the ones telling me they could not process my order.
