Ardent Communities This Ardent Communites is a complete JOKE of a company....DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE Groveport Ohio

I have lived here at this apartment for nearly 2 years......worse 2 years of my life.... from day 1 only half of the electrical outlets were working.....in October of this year while in my garage cleaning my car I was Robbed at Gun point by two men in broad daylight at 930 am..... and locked in my own garage.  After going to the office and calling Police and doing the report I told management I wanted to move to another Ardent site ...being that the Robbers had my information from my wallet and know my garage and know whats in my garage,  the property manager at this time was laughing when I told her I wanted to move like this happens all the time . So I spoke to Jeff French who is in upper management for the Ardent Community, He told me to pick out a spot in one of their Communities and IF he can pull some strings he may be able to move me,, well after I made several attempts to contact this upper management member back he has never replied to me.... I even sent him messages through Facebook in which he does not respond to.........Now its 3 months later in a new year and no response what so ever..... Very poor service by this Community here.  The Gym at this facility is supposed to close at 9 pm when a Resident manager is supposed to over see this and ensure its done... Never happens and the Gym has nothing but under age kids running through it well past midnight all the time with the locked door that has a lock with a code to punch in to access the Gym Propped open so anyone can come in........I also wanted to move my Garage up towards the front of the property by the pool ... in which they rent out garages there to people who does not even live there... 3 garages in front of the Pool by the leasing office is rented by a Guy who does NOT live there and normally 2 times a week at 830 am he runs an extention cord to the club house to his garage and pulls saws and wood out of his make shift shop and cuts wood with his saws makine very loud noises.          This place is a joke and a rip off to live at.. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live.
