I am a former client of Robert Arentz, I WAS ROBBED BY THESE CROOKED THIEVES, Arentz, Montano & Handler PLLC. I was searching this website and found 1 other rip off report and it explains 6 other incidents ivvolving Arentz and the work he was doing with Phillips Law Group. I can relate to the parents who were conned by this firm, because like them, I also am a parent who wanted the best representation for my son. In 2010 my son was charged with some criminal charges. I retained Arentz and paid $20,000 to REPRESENT MY SON IN A CRIMINAL CASE.  Arentz was no longer reachable... I could not beleive it!!! Finally 2 long years later I come across  Arentz, Montano & Handler PLLC, located in PHX. This firm is a total rip off. It is owned by the same crooks that owned Phillips and Associates. They changed their name to avoid all the bad press. Same BS under the cover of a new firm name.FRAUD,,  CROOKS, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. 

Robert Arentz, Jose Montano, Barry Handler previously operated as Phillips and associates. They ripped everyone off. They are hiding from their bad reputations. They took my money and did not show up on my sons case. Google their names with Phillips and Associates. The State Bar of Arizona did nothing to protect the public.
