Arhaus Furniture Christopher Sloan Poor made expensive furniture and worst customer service! Sarasota Florida

Overall a very stressful experience with this company. This manager Christopher and his first day associate D misled us to wrong fabric, which was nothing like the one on the floor. After I called few times and complained online, he was NEVER involved in this whole process. But since we've signed the contract, they said nothing they could do. Be aware! they didn't have the knowledge, and they just wanted to sell! you don't get the same fabric like the one on the floor, that's what someone there told us after! We didn't even know that was a different fabric to begin with! We tried to use dispute with credit card company, didn't work. 2 weeks later, we started seeing the poor made of the sectional, croocked lines, cushions never been used or the sides no one ever sat on were all stressed! I looked at the photo I took from the floor, it's nothing like that.

After sent in tons of photos, FINALLY, someone contacted us to inspect the sectional. All you got was, new cushions! they didn't want to change anything. No customer service either.

Save your money to buy something else. These junk don't worth $6000!
