I purchased a new mattress. Upon receipt I started experiencing bites.  As it was midsummer, I did not realize that the bites eye coming from insects in the mattress.  After ruling all other options such as checking possible fleas from the dog, having the pest control spray, etc, I finally Alize's the bites were coming from the mattress infestation.  I contacted the company who rejected any responsibility whatsoever.

Arhaus I bought a 10,000 couch which they refused to give me a warrently on after they promised to. They delivered a broken table and after I called and emailed numerous times did not help me. My order took 9 months to come and was all wrong. north bethesda Maryland

Arhaus Furniture The store never ordered a storage Ottoman and we had to keep on them to get what we ordered. It came in and I had to go pick it up my self and deliver the non-storage one they delivered to us in Sept. The manager called us looking for an Additional $50 because they never billed for a storage one. After all this bull. I think they should take their furniture and shove it! Louisville Kentucky
