Arhaus I bought a 10,000 couch which they refused to give me a warrently on after they promised to. They delivered a broken table and after I called and emailed numerous times did not help me. My order took 9 months to come and was all wrong. north bethesda Maryland

Not only did I recieve a $10,000 couch that is stained and they refused to give me to warrenty as promised, I NEVER got the matching ottoman and it took 9 months to arrive. Then they charged my Amex card without asking me. And my bill was all wrong and confused. A table arrive with a crushed leg. All they wanted to do was charge the card they had on file and once the delivery arrrived they refused to help me out at all. I spent over $35000 dollars to furnish my home and it was a terrible experience. The order was confused by the store and many items were not correct but no one helped me. 

I would never shop there again.
