ARIS MOSQUITO CONTROL NO DELIVERY OF ORDER ITEM MISSISSAUGA, Ontario

I ordered a replacement gazebo canopy from Aris based upon their web-site and the fact that I wanted to buy Canadian.  My credit card was promptly charged the next day.  After trying to contact them by e-mail, their on-line web site chat method, never received a single reply.  Upon calling the number listed on the web site, I received a single ring, then a switch to a different ring and a phone message that stated " I am currently with another client, or away from my desk, please leave a message" and other words.  Not once did it mention the company and seemed very much like a home telephone message.  Not once did I receive a reply to messages left, if they even were left at all.  I waited 21 days and still no replies.  I called my credit card company after googling up ARIS MOSQUITO CONTROL and found all the complaints, identical issues and non-responses and worse.  My credit card company had the charge reversed back to PayPal and will be refunded to me.  I also learned that once a company charges you for an order, they have 15 days to ship the item or product or they are in violation of the law in Canada.  I also learned Aris had 103 complaints lodged with the Better Business Bureau.  The word "fraud" surfaced multiple times.  I was told by Visa that Aris would be receiving a complaint, would have 30 days to respond and prove to them that they had shipped the ordered items within the 15 days period, and so on.  I sent Aris a very stern and nasty e-mail as a last communicaiton to advise them what I had done and what I thought of their so called company.  Today I received an angry telephone call on my answering maching telling me that they were returning my money and did not want me as a customer.  They did not return the money, the money was taken from them by Pay-Pal. 
I will NEVER do business with this Company again.........never.  I caution anybody that considers ordering from this company to think otherwise.   I think I may have gotten lucky with a refund forced by a third party.  Seems like others were not.  Buyer beware of this ill run enterprise.  PS:  The phone machine finishes with a name of "LLC ENTERPRISES".  Does not add up.  I also noticed that their phone number has transposition errors in on several pages.  I should have know better!
