ARIS Mosquito Control Bait and switch, tried to wait out 45 day PayPal complaint period Mississauga, Ontario

May 2, 2011 placed an order for a 10'x10' gazebo canopy and netting combo.  The website described it as beige, 1 tier and much thicker material than what originally comes from the department store.
Was promised delivery in 12 to 14 business days.  Three weeks later I began calling and e-mailing them asking for an answer.  Was told there was delays, supply issues, etc.  A week and a half later (before the 45 day max. PayPal allows to file a grevience) I contacted PayPal about not receiving my item.  Two days later it arrived but it was a totally different 2 tier design, grey in colour and was thinner than a 1980's windbreaker.
Contacted PayPal again and was told to return the product at my cost for a refund.  What a ripoff.
It is now June 23, 2011 and I don't have a gazebo canopy on my frame to sit under.  Will be going to the store to buy an entirely new one because I am not going through this again.
