If Bob's statements are true, then he should be able to provide the equipment and/or return the depost.  Bob is a con artist. It's that simple.  He claims to have made hundreds of machines yet is unable to fill an order or repay a deposit for an order that was never filled.  What a joke, this guy has stolen tens of thousands of dollars from honest business people and is still walking the streets? He should be behind bars.

I am an ex-employee of Arlington Equipment. All the accusations against this company are all true. Bob mirel is a scam and will steal your money. You can definitly expect your machine to be late that is if he manages to complete your machine.

Along with the entire production shop being fired in April of last year he also fired the man who engineered all this equipment.  Whom I believe has continued making machines under a new name.

I just wanted to share that I as well am a victim of this mans scams. I gave a deposit of $12,000.00 for a piece of equipment at which was never produced. I requested a refund and never recieved. I have spent the last 6 years chasing this guy. I have spent over $5,000 in Lawyers fees because I sued him, and won. I have a judgment against him but I still have not been able to collect. He has been on a payment plan for 4 years now and has never sent me one penny. This guy is the lowest of low. Arlington Equipment is the leading supplier of powered glass positioners in North America. Since 2008, Arlington has delivered nearly two hundred machines and can provide references from customers worlwide.

Arlington maintains a manufacturing facility in Queensbury, NY and is in the process of expanding to a second, larger facility.

Mr. McLane ordered a new machine model which we were unable to complete due to design issues. We recognized the hardship that this delayed delivery created for him and offered to fund a loaner supplied by another contractor in his area. He refused this offer. We offered in good faith to provide a replacement for the model he ordered without additional charges over and above his original down payment. He again refused our offer and we agreed to return his down payment. We intend to refund Mr. McLanes' down payment during 1st quarter 2014.

Mr. McLanes' allegations are erratic and substantially untrue.
