armyuniverse.com Rip Off, Robbed Internet

I bought a product from them online through ebay.  After waiting 10 weeks I contacted them.  They told me that they contact the shipping company and they assured me it was on the way.  I waited a few more weeks and then told them that I still did not recieve the prodct.  They said "sorry 90 days waiting period is over". I explained that I waited more than 90 days becuase they assured me there will be delivery.  They responded that sorry this is the ebay policy.  I told them that they could refund me directly which they refusted to do.  So they took my money without giving me a prodcut.  Not a pleasant expereince at all and wouldnt recomend for anyone to trade with them.
