I tried almost an eye tire day at work to reach this company to make arrangements to pay the toll fees I was charged with. When dialed the phone number would give various messages, from a busy signal to the number you have dialed is not a working number.  When they finally answered the message before you were put hold was so distorted and choppy until you could not understand what was being said.

When they finally answered they hung up on me because they said they could not hear me.  I was never able to get into the phone line again. This was the only contact that I had to try and resolve this issue and was unable to.  This has been an over deal and when I tried to resolve it I was unable to.  Hopefully, Mr. Harris' business will do the right thing and let the NTTA kthat that they supplied poor service for people who tried to do the right thing and pay the fees by the amnesty date.
