Arrow Financial Services, LLC CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - IF YOU'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF YOU'RE NOT ALONE! RIP-OFF Niles Illinois

This is a huge company and amazingly the President has received the Ernst & Young Entreprenuer of the Year Award, every year from 2001 to 2003. How disgusting is that!

There is a current Class Action Lawsuit Pending Setttlement for people that received letters from this company falling into the catagory of 'Collection Letter (Designated "CODE 2107") from Arrow Financial Services LLC Between October 1, 2001 and May 11, 2003. Not that I have the fogiest idea what the heck code: 2107 really means. But apparently relates to: Breaking the Fair Debt Collection Act by: mailing of allegedly unlawful letters to members of the Class Action and also, unlawful tape recording of telephone conversations by Arrow Collectors located at their California Call Center.

Well, it gets better. The people filing the lawsuits (there are 2 individuals and then the class action lawsuit). The 2 people have received partial judgements (payment) on their lawsuits. The lawyers are getting: $2.32M (yup that's MILLION, but includes expenses, etc. -- poor them!).

Well, those lucky dogs in the class action lawsuit, guess what they get? $5.00 (five dollars) and that's not even REAL money, it's a 5 buck credit to thier collection account! or whatever amount over the person's account balance is left after the whooping $5.00 credit. Very Generous (my a**) but for the fact that this class action lawsuit is limited to $500,000 total and with a 2 MILLION member class action lawsuit, the amount each person would normally get is $0.25, that's 25 CENTS!

So FOR THOSE BEING HARASSED, I suggest you contact a lawyer!! Maybe You'll fair better than Us.
