I'm writing this report to warn all good people of a company to avoid using. My experience took place on April 7, 2015, my water heater after 10 years expired. We live in a two story home and our water heater is located on the second floor. I left the responsibility of finding a new water heater to my husband, he decided to go through Home Depot.  My husband decided to get a WiFi water heater, but the part that made it WiFi was an add on. So, technically we still do not have a WiFi water heater until he buys the part. Long story short, the technician shows up from ARS Rescue Rooter to install a new water heater. The technician explains how ARS contracts with Home Depot and there are different prices for the services. I desparately wanted hot water for my family, I felt like I was at the mercy of ARS. The technician was a wonderful man, I don't fault him, only the company.

The prices were outrageous after the work was completed: 1. Basic Install-$799, 2. Attic Install-$165, 3. Gas Flax-$89, 4. Reseal Existing Vent (already there)-$225, 5. Pump work valve-$332, 6. Cold water valve (I didn't request)- $200, 7. Drip Lag-$100.  The final total (not including the high-tech water heater at $579) $1,910. Yes, I have a 12 year warranty, that means I am paying $200 a year for a freakin' water heater. I really wish we did our research, but we trusted Home Depot. Please take the time to review other options, don't get sucked up and spit out by Home Depot and ARS.
