I maintain an online store and received an order from Artistic General Contracting. Utilizing a purchase order system they placed an order. Although their purchase order stated that payment would be made within 30 days they soon began a process of leading us on. When payment was requested at 49 days I received an email stating, "Your invoice is currently in our approvals process and will be eligible for our next payment on the project". I wrote again at 60 days past due and received a response which read, "We have not received payment, but are anticipating receipt in the next few days. Upon receipt your payment will be processed within 7 business days." Again, I received no payment. At more than 90 days past due I wrote once again requesting payment - I've received NO response! To date, more than 120 days since receiving their order, I continue to be ignored.

Subsequent to my original post to say I had not been paid for services rendered I received a call from the Executive Vice President of Artistic General Contracting.
It was determined during my conversation with him and follow up emails that there was no direct fault on anyones part but rather a lack of effective communication and thereby a misunderstanding between the two parties.
Based on our subsequent conversations we were able to resolve this misunderstanding and have since arrived at a successful conclusion to this matter.
In closing, I would like to recant my previous remark(s) and thank Artistic General Contracting for their prompt professionalism and amiable disposition in dealing with this matter.
