ASHLEY FURNTURE won't return money in timely fashion Conroe, Texas

We wrote up a furniture order kinda under pressure and gave them a check to hold.  We were never told that if we changed our mind we couldn't get our money back!  They put the check through tele-check and it was very lyte.  We thought it over and changed our mind and wanted our money back.  They said the check already went through and we couldn't get our check back intil it cleared the bank.  Well, it cleared our bank in just a couple days.  I called and was told that it had to go through channels and would take 14 days!!  They took our money but wouldn't give it back!  It has been well over 14 days and every time I call they say the  check has been mailed.  These people are rip offs ... never buy anything from these guys.  They also told us there was no special financing available but a few days later they advertised special financing.  I will never buy anything from these people every again and I suggest no one else does either!!!!
