Aspire Card ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I've had the Aspire card for 3 months I paid my 20.00 mininum fee. My limit was 300.00 and when i called the first time to the company all I got were foreign speaking people that didn't understand english what kind of company is this. They said that my limit was only 75.00 i said I thought this was a regular Visa card they said yes. I never had to pay a 35.00 late fee for a regular visa card. So I paid 40.00 next time for my payment expecting my limit to go at least higher, It didn't I finally got fed up and never paid my fee now these people harass me everyday. This is a nightmare I don't even use my card and iam still paying a late fee every month what A scam never again will I get involved with a company that I do not know!!
