Aspire Visa they took my money Columbus Georgia

I have had Aspire Visa for a while. I fell into a bind where I couldn't make my payments like most people. But, I sent them in a check for $1000.00. Needless to say I checked my account a couple days later and the had cleared my bank. When I came home that day I had a monthly statement and said that I only owed them $962.76 so, I called. They then told me that I could bot use my card and that I still had a balance of 30.76 and that my account was closed. WHAT THE #$%#@ How is that? Then they changed there mind and said that it would be another 4 business days before they would release my card.. After debating this woman and demanding to speak with a supervisor. She finally put one on the phone. He stated that the owed me 30.76 and they will mail me a check. But, where's the rest of my money you owe me 37.24. He said that he didn't know. I informed him that I would be contacting the BBB and all 3 major credit bureaus . He said no then he said go ahead.....
