You know I just came onto this web site just to check it out and to see if anyone had wrote about Assail Inc. Well I guess I was right cause I found a report on the company. But the bad thing is, is that there's actually people out there who want this company to try it again, and they try to say that the company was just the middle man.YOURE WRONG

You see I used to worked for Assail Inc. for about 8 months from January to August of 2001 and belive me they new what they were doing all along. In my first month of being there I noticed something strange, they did not want us to say that it was credit card in any way shape or form, I did not think about it much until after I talked to another coworker and they said that they did not want us to say it because it wasn't a credit card it was a pay as you go card which meant that they would have to put money on it before they could use it.

That really made me think cause I had never heard of a pay as you go card before, unless it was a debit card and even still that could be used as a credit card. Another reason it made me think was because I kept getting customers that would tell me that the company was not associated with the bbb.

So I asked one of the managers if we were associated with the bbb and they said yes so I decided that I would check it out for myself so I checked it out and the company had over about 500 bad reports about them. I couldn't do much about it except try to warn the customers as much as I could. But you couldn't tell them to much cause sometimes the managers would tap into your line and listen to the conversation and you would have no way of telling if they were listening to you or someone else.

But all I'm really here to do, is to tell all those people out there that think this company was just a middle man that they new what they were doing and why they were doing it. And to all those people who I sold the card to, I'm very sorry for what I did but I needed a job and that was the only one I could find. Again I'm terably sorry for what I did. And I hope this company pays for the struggle and stress they put their so called customers through.

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tracy..I'm sorry you hired me too. Shame on you for all of it.

Tracy..I remember you well. Tallish blond guy with funny eyes. You were a fun boss to work for. I remember you were a nice guy, you have kids and you smiled a lot..but as someone who worked under you for 4 months before switching to mornings, it was a scam and you know it.

The FTC has issued plenty of statements about advance fee credit card scams.

Legitimate offers of credit do not require an up-front payment.

What do you think we were doing? ASKING FOR $219.95 for 3 credit cards some of which were pay-as-you-go and the others were catalog cards!!!

Assail, Novella, Key credit, call us what you like, we screwed people and I believed we were helping them!

You lied to your employees like you lied to customers. You scammed us out of commission (yeah right, 75% of my sales fell through) and scammed the customers out of their hard earned money.

Shame on you for all of it.

#1 UPDATE Employee

Case Settled/ All Charges Dropped

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 03, 2003

For Josette to say all these things about being sorry for what she did, is a farce. Josette liked her job qand never thought it was a scam until someone else started pointing fingers. Once Assail was shut down, alot of former employees started to doubt the company. I, for one, always reassured the employees that we were innocent and the FTC and Secret service jumped the gun and never had enough evidence to prosecute. There were many employees that stood behind me and kept the faith that our company did no wrong. Now I bring to you the proof. The case was settled and no one is being indicted on any charges. I always told you we were a legitamate company. Those of you who had faith, BRAVO! Those of you who are running around town and bashing our good names,(Josette) you are just pitiful little people looking for attention by saying lies and trying to draw attention to your plight. I'm sorry I ever hired you.
