As my title says, I ordered the Deluxe Buxton bag, they added in a regular bag and when I tried to fix the order, they said too bad. I asked if I could just send back the wrong bag and they would pay for the shipping. They said no, I would have to Return to Sender and then re-order. I told them Fat Chance. Today I received a message from UPS that there was no such address in ILLINOIS! I called them back and told them that's because it's in UTAH! They said they would send the package back for me. Now the trick will be actually getting the MONEY back on my card. Totally incompetent or crooks?
