AMS is a contracting firm that works for PEMCO HUD. We were are subcontractor for this company in the state of Georgia. We managed over 200 properties for them. AMS management is very unethical they will call you in the middle of the night all hours of the night and curse at you if you by chance have inputed information into the Hometracker.com database.

Jerry Mavillia, Lee Mertin, Brent Mason are theives that steal from HUD they falsify federal documentation which is the Property Condition Reports. They ask their sub contractors to do the same and when you dont. You will receive phone calls all hours of the night becuase of it as well as late & short Payment. AMS is not what they say they are.

If you are in the REO service industry I would suggest working for other National Firms such as MCS, FirstPreston, Regional REO, HomeSteps, CashforKeys, etc. We work for all of the following listed and they are very reputable companies that treat their subcontracts with respect and abide by the laws. To date AMS is past due on their invoices over 200days. Dont let the fool you be alert.
