AssetCare Simply kept on calling me without identifying me or what this was regarding and asking me to call them back across interstate lines. The state government in Colorado and the Federal government regulate this and it is listed under the heading of harassment. Asset care kept on calling me without identifying me or what this was regarding and asking me to call them back across interstate lines. The state government in Colorado and the Federal government regulate this and it is listed under the heading of harassment. A debit company can't keep the phone ringing with a scheduled/automated telemarketing style dialer. This is regulated by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act of the Federal Government, in Colorado, the law is listed under the same heading but is a bit different from the Federal law.

Most important is that if AssetCare Inc. is doing this, place complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The "Do Not Call Registry" will not work see this (((Redacted)))
