I paid insurance fee of $7/mon for my HTC Mogul (from Sprint) for two years and half years. they changed the policy later which requires high deductible. Mine was $100. two month ago, in March 2010, I lost my phone and I filed claim and paid $100. When the replacement came, I only found a used phone without any original accessories. Such item can be purchased from website with a price much less than $100! what a rip-off.

I'll never pay a dime to Asurion!
